Chocolate Moelleux

Ingredients

For 6 person (s)
- 3 eggs
- 100g sugar
- 125g butter
- 125g 70% dark chocolate
- 50 g flour
- 50 g milk-or 5-ml milk
Cocoa powder for garnish

Preparation

1.Whisk together eggs and sugar until frothy. Do not hesitate to use an electric mixer.
2 .Melt in microwave butter and chocolate. Whisk.
3.Stir in butter-chocolate mixture to egg mixture and sugar. Add flour and milk.
4.Put in 6 soup plates well hollow.
